I've been recieving bodywork since I was a teenager and it has always been the difference between just being healty or being and living well. Beyond a classic circulatory massage (although very important too), practices in Bodywork can have a deep impact in mind and body.
We've grown our team to 8 talented practitioners, all with difference backgrounds and connections to their bodywork. Now we're working to expand our Treatment Menu with more focused modality specific sessions to help you acheive the best session with the best practitioner for you're goals. Stay tuned in 2024! Therapeutic Massage is here to stay and CrainioSacral (with David & Braylynn) and Abdominal Therapy (with Monica) are already available. In 2024 you'll see the additions of Sport Massage, Full Cupping sessions, Energy & Sound work, focused Head/Neck/Shoulder sessions as well as some intense and impactful hybrid sessions to tackle your many interconnected goals. I'll share my personal goal with you...I plan to be surprised by how good I feel in 2024. We offer an invite and support for you to do the same.

Reminder - online booking is available Monday - Sunday. That is the easiest way to book but please feel free to call us as well. If we are in a session, we will return your call as soon as we can.

Mask Policy - Practitioners will continue to wear masks with clients. Mask are optional for everyone else. Please be considerate, if you have been getting over a cold or anything else, give us a call 24 hours in advance to determine if it may be better to postpone depending on where you are in recovery.

Please Note - All appointments are By Appointment Only and must be booked at least 2 hrs in advance, if booked onlike. There is no receptionist, no walk in appointments, and the door essentially remains locked at all times. If you would like to purchase a Gift Card, click here and receive an emailed eCertificate or you may purchase a physical Gift Card over the phone (267.990.7150) and we will give you instruction for pick up.
